5. Payments, Transactions, and Philippine Peso
All account transactions on seek nz — including deposits and withdrawals — are processed in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Players are responsible for ensuring that their payment details are accurate and that their chosen payment method supports transactions in PHP.
Deposits are credited to your account balance once the transaction is confirmed through the relevant payment channel. Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the platform's current processing schedule and may be subject to identity verification before funds are released.

7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Governing Law
seek nz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where a user has violated these Terms and Conditions, provided false information, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where closure is required for regulatory or legal compliance reasons.
In the event of account closure due to a confirmed breach of these terms, seek nz may forfeit any remaining balance in that account. Where closure occurs for reasons unrelated to a breach — such as at the user's own request — the remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures, subject to verification requirements.
